🕒 Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels and accessories intact.

✅ Eligible for Return

• Items damaged or defective upon delivery.
• Items that do not match the description or images on our website.
• Incorrect items or wrong sizes delivered to you.
• Unopened and unused products in their original condition.

❌ Not Eligible for Return

• Personal care, intimate and hygiene products that have been opened or used.
• Items returned without the original packaging, tags or accessories.
• Products damaged due to misuse, wear or improper handling after delivery.
• Items past the 7-day return window.
• Gift cards, digital goods and downloadable products.

📝 How to Request a Return

1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Share a photo or short description of the issue (for damaged or incorrect items).
3. Our team will confirm the return and provide instructions for drop-off or pickup.
4. Pack the item securely in its original box with all tags and accessories.

🚚 Return Shipping

For orders that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, a return shipping fee may apply. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable.

💵 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.

• COD orders: refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit.
• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔄 Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color or product, please contact us within the return window. We will do our best to fulfill the exchange subject to availability.
